Nikki's Boot Camp challenges me mentally and physically, and as a result,  I feel stronger in both areas.  By varying the exercises and increasing the intensity, Nikki makes certain that the workout stays interesting and  keeps our focus.  Working outside feels invigorating, and Nikki always creatively uses the environment.  She also uses humor and a positive spirit to inspire us and help us overcome limitations.  Now, I feel more confident and sure of my potential and strength.  The more hectic life gets, the more I look forward to my workout because I know it will provide an hour that is focused on self-improvement.  Although at times, it seems as if Nikki asks for the impossible, when I strive and meet the challenge,  I enjoy a true sense of accomplishment.

Personal training with Nikki has been a fantastic experience. She tailors every session to meet my specific needs and fitness level. And she even focuses on specific areas that I feel need more toning.  Every session is different so I never get bored with the same old routine. My overall fitness and strength has significantly increased pretty quickly by training with Nikki.

I spent my summer of 2009 in Bootcamp and loved every minute of it.  Alright, maybe not every minute of it but pretty close. Nikki set up a flexible schedule and adapted it to fit our schedules as much as possible which was great. As a group we all decided Saturday mornings were a definite and then would plan the additional workouts for the week from there as a group. So we usually got in 2 or 3 one hour classes a week. Nikki?s program is intense and challenging, hitting all the body parts with a mixture of strength training and cardio.  As a trainer, Nikki stays involved from the moment the warm ups begin with strong encouragement, feedback and motivation. Nikki has a way of believing in us as students often more than we do in ourselves.  I have worked out at the gym independently and in classroom training regularly for the last 8 years but this was different.  Attending Bootcamp challenged me to push myself even further and I love it.

My experiences at Boot Camp-WOW!!!  First I must say Nikki is awesome!!!  If you are looking someone to motivate you look no further she is the one!!!  I am probably the most un-motivated one at boot camp but Nikki?s positive and enforceable attitude keeps me moving and feeling strong.  No matter how much I complain she doesn?t let up she supports me and helps me through it.  Nikki?s Boot Camp is a unique creative work out filled with knowledge and challenges.  I work out occasionally and am always looking for something new lets face it sometimes work outs are boring and un-motivating you literally watch the clock ? is it over yet?  Well not Nikki?s Boot Camp.  It?s exciting, challenging, different every time and the time seems to fly by before you know it you?ve done it and it feels great!!!

I began personal training with Nikki in the fall of 2008.  Immediately, I felt things that I can honestly say I never have felt before in my life!  I am not only speaking of the burn (yes, that is a big part of it, and you grow to love it, as weird as that may sound).  I felt stronger, my body changed, my muscles developed, and I became toned.  Working out with Nikki is rewarding for both your mind and body.  My confidence has grown and I now believe that I can and I am willing to try.  I also highly recommend Nikki's BootCamp classes.  They are a full body workout, they are extremely challenging, and they are totally worth your time.  Nikki has changed the way I exercise, and she has helped me to see the results that I was looking for.
