| | Think BootCamp consists of interval training. You will see your sports performance, agility, core strength, stamina and energy levels shoot through the roof. You will get leaner faster than ever before. Not only are these exercises fun to do, they are quick, easy and really work to burn the maximum number of calories, tighten and tone those trouble spots and give you the lean and firm body you want. This is the trend of the future. It makes fitness simple and VERY rewarding! |

| | Let's face it, if it?s not fun, you don?t want to do it, right, nobody does. The #1 reason people struggle with their fitness and weight loss is that they are not having fun doing it! Long boring sessions on cardio machines and too much time in the weight room-Not anymore. BootCamp is a lot of fun! You will get a body-trimming workout, lose weight and inches, feel great about yourself, accomplish more, increase your energy and improve your life in so many ways-and best of all you will have FUN doing it. You will keep coming back for more and you will keep getting better results with each passing class. You will be working with other people in the same boat as you. You will absolutely make friends, have fun and motivate each other. The more you participate, the faster the results come. |

With regular participation in Think BootCamp classes you will master your metabolism. It will fire-up the fat-burning furnace by strengthening the muscles through movement. With each passing week you will see your body shrink before your eyes! As your metabolism increases, you will be burning fat at ever-increasing speed and efficiency! |

| 6. | Do I have to be in shape to do BootCamp Classes? |
| | No, everyone can do BootCamp! If you have been cleared by your Physician to exercise than Think BootCamp is for you. Both Men and Women attend BootCamp. Your current exercise level does NOT matter. The class is designed to help you get into shape. You don't have to be an all-star athlete to participate in BootCamp. You just need to take that first step and attend the class and you WILL BE hooked! |

| | The Challenge offers an affordable, fun solution to inactivity and poor eating habits-two health risk factors that have the greatest impact on overall health. I will be available to offer support, answer questions and offer motivation. |

| 8. | How do you measure success for The Fit Challenge participants? |
| | The average participant loses 10-12 pounds and 8-10 inches. All participants improve their fitness abilities, often doubling their fitness testing. Other benefits include: reduced or eliminated dosage of blood pressure and cholesterol medication, lowered blood sugar levels, improved sleep, increased energy, higher self-esteem, lower stress and a happier workplace. |

| 9. | Who should join the Challenge? |
| | The leaders of the workplace as well as all employees should participate, from couch potatoes to the fitness enthusiasts. I will tailor the program to individual goals. The act of experiencing the Challenge together is powerful. Spouses or other adult family members should participate. It is easier to have everyone at home eating the same healthy meals, removing junk food from the cupboard and becoming active together. |
